MIA Recruitment was introduced in June 2009 for candidates, employers and recruitment agencies, specialising in motorsport and engineering based employment.
We specialise in providing a networking opportunity for candidates looking for a change in their career. This change may result in a promotion, a move to another country or a side-ways career move into another closely related field. We recognise the importance of finding good staff, with the right commercial and technical abilities. Our service is free to MIA members and is priced for non-members to make it attractive to employers and recruitment agencies.
The site is operated by the Motorsport Industry Association and associated to other engineering sectors which maximises its exposure to both candidates and advertisers.

Our service is free to candidates looking for a new challenge in their career. It is available 24/7 and allows candidates complete control through their own user name and password. The cost of advertising a vacancy for non MIA members is very reasonable and depends on the number of vacancies and how long they are placed for.
